**Design and Research at Earnin**

Earnin Design & Research is responsible for fostering trust with our customers through diligent research, innovative product strategy, and high-quality user experiences. Our designers and researchers collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve the company's largest challenges as we experience rapid growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end user experience for one or two product verticals, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to bring a great experience to life. You'll influence Earnin's product vision and design strategy, collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent experience and design language across our platform, and execute and contribute to our design system and processes.

**Requirements**

We're looking for a prolific designer who uses their work to explore many possible solutions to customer needs. You'll use principles and tools across the end-to-end design process, have years of experience working with product teams to ship consumer products, and possess excellent thinking and communication skills. You'll be skilled at arguing for your point of view, designs, and giving/receiving feedback. A passion for impactful financial technology and a humble, quick learner who's comfortable with change are essential.
