CATENON is actively recruiting a Permitting and Right-of-Way Coordination Specialist to support the advancement of our projects. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work proactively as a problem solver, be well-organized, have great time management skills, have great people skills, and be able to function with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate government and subcontractor relationships to facilitate land development, construction permits, environmental permits, public utility connections, and encroachments for multiple large-scale projects and programs.
- Facilitate obtaining permits from local municipalities, electrical authorities, federal authorities, and other third-party authorizations.
- Conduct compliance inspections during construction and post-construction, including completion of checklists, coordination with subcontractors, and reporting.
- Support the development of and accountability for scope, schedule, and budget; understand project deliverables.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish required.
- Ability to travel to or live in Queretaro required.
- Previous experience permitting in the state of Queretaro a plus.
- Previous experience working with CFE a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
