We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team at Allstate. As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Claims Department by performing various functions, including coding and processing payments, recoveries, transcriptions, escheats, and IRS data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process voids and perform bulk payment entry
  • Enter IRS data, including W9 and 1099s
  • Review transcriptions and process claims related to escheats
  • Perform salvage and subrogation recoveries
  • Provide Financial Claim Affidavits for Finance
  • Handle CLUE corrections and disputes
  • Perform MCCA (Michigan Catastrophic medical system) reporting for PIP
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience (preferred)
