Our mission is to deliver high-quality multilingual content transformation services in translation, localization, and adaptation for over 250 languages.

To achieve this goal, we need an experienced professional who will work with our clients to assess project scopes and complete quotes efficiently. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with our Project Management team to ensure client requests are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate quotes and calculate turnaround times for clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups to achieve target acceptance rates and monitor client satisfaction.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and retain existing accounts by discussing sales strategies with Business Developers.
  • Advise clients on project management, expenses, and workflows to improve margins.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting targets in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quote amounts, accepted funds, and price-per-project for existing clients. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying project information and client requests to relevant parties.

We offer competitive salary packages ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, develop your skills in Microsoft Office, and contribute to the growth of our global business.

Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Total command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to localization, translation, or project management.
