Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Technical Manager at Task. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead various projects, working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring effective risk prevention and mitigation efforts.
  • Motivate and support team members in achieving project goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Provide project management support to a global software packaging team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Lead daily meetings and coordinate activities with different areas related to Quality, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Engineering, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Manage project transfers from design center to volume manufacturing, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of general experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in conversational and written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to assist at least once per week to the office, with flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
