Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team at Specright, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data schema design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect solutions based on requirements documents for larger features
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to design and scope out new features for our services platform
  • Design a data schema that will evolve with the needs of the business

Requirements

  • Minimum BS in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 1+ years experience in Software Development
  • Experience in React and Next.js development
  • Experience in Node.js or Express.js
  • Knowledge of at least one modern object-oriented programming language
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Experience building complex software systems and communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
  • Understanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Experience with agile development methodology
  • Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases is a plus
