**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop precision architectural metal fabrication products, ensuring high-quality and aesthetically pleasing results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, leveraging expertise in materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct research on materials and manufacturing processes to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural metal fabrication.
  • Create 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software, mainly Solidworks, and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Participate in design reviews and make necessary adjustments, ensuring that designs meet the highest standards of quality.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial design with a focus on precision architectural metal fabrication.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, and a strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes related to architectural metal fabrication.
  • Experience in custom manufacture primarily in metal, including interior and exterior doors, skylight enclosures, cladding, mirrors with metal accents, stairs, trim, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of available hardware, screws, available material profiles, and fabrication methods.
  • Proficient in the development of fabrication drawings and shop drawings, with a strong understanding of engineering and rule-of-thumb conventions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and fluency in English language, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
