**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Site Supervision team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising construction works on time, quality, and safety during the construction process.

You will assist the Senior Project Manager in managing control documents, client contact, reporting, and weekly meetings. Your goal will be to achieve repeat clients through great customer service that encompasses a great attitude, pride, delivery, and follow-up.

**Project Manager Responsibilities**

- Responsible for the entire project(s), start to finish, as the project(s) leader.

- Manage the bidding and construction phase of the projects by distributing bid packages to contractors, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and organizing and reviewing contractor bids to present to the client.

- Provide construction phase services as construction management in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.

- Reviewing contractor construction documents, reviewing daily and preparing weekly reports, leading the weekly construction meetings, reviewing contractor submittals and engineering drawings, tracking the construction schedule and reviewing estimate payments.

- Lead the weekly meetings to constructions sites.

- The expectation is to manage the contractor on all issues related to the job site.

Coordinate the inspections on-site works focusing on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety, according to the engineering and submittals approved, during the entire construction process.

- Review the follow-up of the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.

**Project Manager Qualifications**

- A preferred Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an architectural-related program.

- Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience within the field of industrial site supervision.

- Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential.

- Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams experience is preferred.

- The ability to speak in English and Spanish (public speaking) in front of small to large groups of people is preferred.

- Leadership of small to larger project teams.

- Knowledge of local and international construction codes.
