We are seeking an experienced Program Administrator to join our team in Guadalajara North. This role will support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth.

About the Role

The Program Administrator will be responsible for assisting with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship. This includes reviewing program proposals or plans, defining time frames, procedures, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to establish relationships at different levels. They should also possess good office skills, including data entry, office software, and database systems.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. The successful candidate will be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, as well as present information effectively to groups of managers, clients, and customers.

In addition to these skills, the Program Administrator will need to be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. They should also be able to compute rates, ratios, and percents, and draw and interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources.
  • Confer with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations, and others to outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
  • Drive and coordinate projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure programs progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
  • May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
  • Occasional travel to customer locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Good office skills, including data entry, office software, and database systems.
  • Ability to read, research, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to present information effectively to groups of managers, clients, and customers.

Salary Information

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
