About the Role:

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Analyst to support the Payroll Project across LATAM. This role will ensure compliance with legal guidelines, company policies, and employee processes, guaranteeing zero errors and generating value-added services and processes for the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate daily headcounts for all current PBT countries (HDN, SV, GTM, ARG, DOM)
  • Audit data control prior to payroll dispersion
  • Support hire process for manual changes in Argentina model
  • Test environment involvement for Argentina payroll interface connection with EC

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in personnel administration, payroll, or related field
  • Practical experience in personnel management software
  • Intermediate Excel skills
