We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at FLSmidth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing large, long-range, or multiple complex IT projects. This includes developing project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and making work assignments to meet project or program objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee large, long-range, or multiple complex IT projects
  • Develop project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and make work assignments to meet project or program objectives
  • Establish and monitor program priorities, objectives, and procedures, determining area objectives, targets of service, and resource needs allocation
  • Provide leadership and direction to the functional team so that tasks and activities are coordinated for project scope control, quality control, communication management, change control management, risk management, and issue management
Requirements
  • Relevant academic background (BA, MSc or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale projects
  • Experience with project management of IT projects, preferably experience with Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining a Project Management delivery model as well as being certified within Project Management (e.g., Prince2) and Program Management (e.g., MSP)
  • Several years of experience leading virtual project teams with team members from different time zones and cultures
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
