Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing listings, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records through CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in CRM and Multiple Listing Software.

Salary: $30,000 - $50,000 per year (based on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in business-related programs
At least 1-year proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Proficient in Property Management software (such as Appfolio, Buildium, etc.)
Proven content writing or copywriting experience
Working knowledge of content management systems
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
