Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our manufacturing operations team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive informed decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless execution of operational objectives.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Analyze and manage expense budgets for assigned departments, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and implementing effective solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management position within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Kohler Co. offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
