About the Role
As a Software Developer - Merchandising at AutoZone, you will be primarily responsible for coding, testing, and implementing programs as assigned. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coding and Development
- Reporting and Analytics
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Software Maintenance and Updates
- Product Implementation and Deployment
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Area of Study: Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Years of Experience: One to two years of experience in application development.
- Type of Experience: Application development experience.
- Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Proficiencies in some of the following: Visual Basic, C#, Java, and SQL (either T-SQL or PL/SQL). SSIS, SAS, and WebFOCUS are a plus.
- Other/Preferred: Excellent analytical skills.
