About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Technician to join our team at Flex LTD. As a Process Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our engineering team, ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to the engineering team, including troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including the design and implementation of new processes and equipment.
  • Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and soldering processes.
  • Programming skills, including experience with manufacturing software.
  • Experience with printing and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel for training and meetings.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
