Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and attentive Dining Room Server to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
  • Record transactions in our MICROS system and process payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and service
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move throughout the dining area
