The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing and a proven track record of driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Implement corporate tools and programs in Lean Manufacturing as a strategy, including training plans for production plant personnel.
  • Define indicators and communicate objectives within the productive plant, monitoring adjusted production systems.
  • Direct implementation of adaptations in manufacturing processes and workflows for corresponding production areas, improving industrial performance in manual and automatic processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Blackbelt certification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a world-class manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Familiarity with ISO TS 16949 quality management standard.
