**Key Responsibilities:**
Work closely with the Operations Service Department to enhance data analysis and reporting.
Build and maintain decision support tools to increase productivity.
Connect data sources, including MFGPRO, ORACLE, and MS Office, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the CI team in driving improvement in manufacturing operations, including process development and new business initiatives.
Monitor project portfolio performance and drive continuous improvement using the Eaton Business System (EBS) and Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing operations experience.
Proven experience working with Power BI & Apps.
Good knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate.
SQL Server knowledge for connection with PowerApps.
Knowledge of cloud databases, such as SQL Azure and SQL Data Warehouse.
Proven experience in data analysis and database management.
Manufacturing knowledge of equipment and process skills.
ERP knowledge, preferably MFGPRO and Oracle.
Financial skills and business acumen.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Advanced degree in engineering or business management.
Trainings or certifications in Microsoft Azure, MS Teams, and Office 365.
Experience with lean manufacturing and CI basic tools.
Strong business understanding of financial statements and impacts on P&L.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in global cultures.
Ability to think both tactically and strategically.
