**Key Responsibilities:**

• Protect company assets, including people, buildings, equipment, and materials, by identifying and reporting potential security risks.

• Patrol the property and monitor individuals entering and leaving the facility to maintain a secure environment.

• Perform fire protection system tests to ensure proper operation and participate in the fire brigade as needed.

• Inspect the facility for hazardous materials and take steps to prevent accumulation.

• Monitor facility activities to ensure security rules are followed and provide guidance as needed.

• Control company vehicle usage and provide locksmith and key services for the facility.

• Provide support during emergencies, including blood-borne pathogen clean-up and assisting the Medical Department.

**Requirements:**

• Effective communication and writing skills, including grammatical usage and persuasive copy.

• Knowledge of security systems, loss prevention strategies, and local, state, and national security codes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
