About the Role

This position involves supervision of CNC machining areas, operation, and training of CNC operators. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintenance of office software and reports.
• Operation of conventional equipment.
• Operation and programming of CNC MAKINO, OKUMA, and MAZAK machines (control FANUC, MAZATROL, PROFESSIONAL 5, and OSP-P200M).
• Cutting tool sharpening knowledge.
• Instrument measurement skills.
• CIMCO DNC-MAX simulator expertise.
• PLEX system application for reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with forging manufacturing processes.
• Resource management (machines, supplies, accessories, and tools).
• Skill development system administration (training records and skill matrices).
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OSHA standards.
• Normative compliance.
• Auditing procedures.

Requirements

An associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Experience in precision machining is also necessary.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
