Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of project-specific procedure manuals and reports
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes
  • Manage study centers for study supplies and outstanding data
  • Conduct quality control of offsite assessments and blinded reads
  • Update and maintain study files, including enrollment logs and data status
  • Maintain inventories of study supplies
  • Assist with scheduling of site imaging manual trainings

Requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, documentation, and communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
