Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly qualified Senior Project Manager and Analyst to lead infrastructure and construction initiatives while conducting comprehensive analyses across various educational domains within our network. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with construction teams, school leadership, and regional executives to ensure the effective execution of projects and strategic initiatives. This role also requires working alongside global teams to implement international projects within the region. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for successful stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Perform thorough analyses of various school metrics, including enrollment patterns, financial health, and educational outcomes.
  • Engage with school leaders and stakeholders to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise strategies to tackle challenges.
  • Support regional executives in executing global initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching goals.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external teams to guarantee project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Deliver regular updates and reports to senior management, emphasizing key accomplishments, risks, and challenges.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with construction personnel, school administrators, and global teams.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in project management and educational administration to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the education sector or related fields.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary within the region.

Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the regional CEO.
