Profile Middle East is a leading provider of technical field and HR consultancy services in the industrial sector, with a focus on the Middle East region and a global presence.

We are seeking a highly skilled Urea Production Field Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and operating equipment and processes in assigned areas of the Urea plant, in accordance with SOPs, policies, and operating instructions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Operating and monitoring field equipment in all field areas of the Urea plant to achieve effective optimum operational status.
  • Maintaining plant parameters in safe conditions.
  • Carrying out instructions to regulate operating conditions as necessary.
  • Carrying out regular monitoring of equipment performance.
  • Informing the senior operator of any abnormality, equipment failure, abnormal noises, unsafe conditions, vibrations, leaks, etc.
  • Recording details of plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Chemical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in Urea plant operations, including 5 years in Urea Production Field Operation. Proficiency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus.
