**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Te Connectivity. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the highest quality products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Influence manufacturing processes and product decisions at the department level.
- Contribute to technical function initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Train and support junior engineers in the department.
- Lead A3 meetings, develop metrics improvement plans, and follow up on implementation.
- Collaborate in transformational plans, Kaizen events, and tools implementation such as MRF, VSM, 3P, Kanban, EPEI, Mistake proofing, QCPC, etc.
- May coordinate automation initiatives, machinery design for new product and/or process improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-efficient processes.
- Elaborate risk assessment FMEA for product, equipment, and processes.
- Develop, review, and sustain standard operation procedures.
**Requirements**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Experience with reporting and advanced Excel.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Hands-on experience.
- SAP or MRP experience.
