Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Process Improvement Engineer to join our team at CommScope Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and promoting the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports and promotes the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects.
  • Coordinates and supports Orange, Green Belts and Operations personnel of the plant in developing projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Serves as a team facilitator during the development of kaizen events, supporting the evaluation and implementation of best practices.
  • Follows up on the implementation and monitoring of the CS Continuous Improvement System.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Disciplines.
  • 2 years' experience in Continuous Process or Manufacturing Engineering Environment.
  • Proficient in the English language (written and spoken).
  • Experience leading Projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma Tools.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PPT).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt).
  • SAP.
  • Financial justification/validation of projects.
  • Material management.
