We are currently seeking a Senior Field Technician to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing basic configuration of desktops, notebooks, and printers.

About the Role

The Senior Field Technician will assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers. Travel may be required, and you will need to have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and client service skills.
