Intuitive is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team to ensure management information requirements are adequately met with standard financial metrics, updated performance reports, and ongoing analysis.
  • Support the Controller in establishing targets, developing budgets, performing financial analysis, and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to US leading ledger, fixed assets control, and financial accounting, ensuring timely completion of month-end reports closing process.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, explaining variances over budget and forecast to the local management team and corporate.
  • Assist the Director of Operations with metrics and internal reporting as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc trends and standard cost analysis.
  • Support global yearly cost roll-ups and updating cost standards.
  • Assist the Product Ops Finance team in the development of DL and overhead rates for MX-Operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the accuracy of MX Prod Ops and provide insight into finance-related activities for management.
  • Ensure accurate, timely month-end close process for inventory, manufacturing expenses, and variances.
  • Review and audit BOMs, routings, labor, and overhead rates.
  • Review and audit cycle counts, ABC-inventory class, excess and obsolete procedures.
  • Drive an efficient and effective process to ensure timely close and reporting of all cost accounting and MX FP&A-related matters by closely coordinating with the Company's FP&A organization.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with other teams (IT, accounting, finance, etc.) in system and process implementation projects and perform testing to validate system design is appropriate.
  • Actively identify opportunities for process improvement or operational automation in existing system infrastructure.
  • Drive our culture strategy by fostering our mission, founding principles, individual, and leadership expectations.
