Job Summary
As a Sensory Research Coordinator at Colgate-Palmolive Company, you will play a key role in implementing the Sensory / Consumer Research program in assigned global projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the design and implementation of research, as well as interpreting and communicating results to the GTech and Consumer & Market Insights teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and execute employee and sensory evaluations, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis
• Manage the logistics and administration of panel databases, external suppliers, and facilities
• Identify and share sensory / consumer learning, communicating results to support product development efforts
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to process and quality improvements

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Sensory Science, Psychology, Statistics, Food Engineering/Science, or Marketing
• 3-4 years of experience in employee / consumer testing fundamentals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of statistics and data entry systems, such as Minitab, SPSS, SAS, Compusense, or Red Jade
