We are seeking a talented Automation Controls Specialist to join our team in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
About the Role:
This position involves developing all aspects of control systems, equipment, and machinery. You will design and implement control systems, conduct bench tests, and ensure sensors and actuators operate to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops control systems, including PLC-based hardware and software.
- Develops and implements bench tests to ensure system functionality.
- Supports and debugs complex issues and change requests.
- Prepares cost estimates and drafts assignment requests.
- Investigates project problems and develops solution plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Competence in Industry 4.0 for manufacturing environments, MES, and SCADA systems.
- Strategic and technical support with New Product Introduction or VPI teams.
