Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Tactical Customer Support: Manage and lead tactical customer support activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Contractual Requirements: Ensure the Customer Focus Team is properly interpreting and executing contractual requirements.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Work with the Customer Focus Team to develop and manage customer forecasts and plans.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate and communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and project delivery.
  • Financial Management: Exhibit a working knowledge of financial metrics and levers that drive business performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of related experience required; one or more years of related experience preferred.
  • Skills: Intermediate computer skills, decision-making/problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to lead a team in a matrix organization.
