This new entity will leverage our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to patients worldwide.

The Commercial Excellence team plays a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the contract execution reporting process, aligning with business strategies, and ensuring compliance with all agreement terms.

Job Description

This position requires a high degree of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills. You will work closely with senior business leaders to drive the development and implementation of practical solutions to address business objectives, goals, and exceptions.

You will lead pricing execution efforts for contracts to maximize overall profitability for the cluster and manage all aspects of Sales Compensation, including plan design, quota development, incentive calculations, and performance reporting.

In addition, you will partner with regional Center of Excellence to advance business intelligence and CRM initiatives within Latin America North.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the contract execution reporting process, ensuring compliance with all agreement terms.Develop and implement sales compensation plans to drive revenue growth.Partner with regional Center of Excellence to advance business intelligence and CRM initiatives.Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, both within and outside your functional area.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of commercial operations experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish required.
  • Aptitude to evaluate stakeholder needs, prioritize commercial opportunities, and execute process improvements.
  • Deep understanding of customers' business priorities and buying journey, as well as KidneyCare go-to-market strategy.

Estimated Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 per annum
