Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences on Amazon.com.mx, while fostering strong business relationships with top brands. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning selected brands to improve product portfolio performance
- Contributing to user experience enhancements and creating detailed weekly reports on performance metrics
- Leveraging analytical and relationship management skills to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with vendors on onsite marketing, vendor relation management, and in-stock management tasks, including online marketing, vendor management, and in-stock management
- Tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order rejections, and working with vendors on PO automation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- 3+ years of experience with Excel
- 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting experience with negotiations and delivering results
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies
- Fluency in English and Spanish
