Role Purpose
The Web Production Services department supports the Group's businesses and functions to effectively deliver messages digitally through HSBC public websites and intranets.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality web pages and maintain websites using existing Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Manage projects and tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery and consistency.
- Adhere to department protocols and processes, including approvals, risk assessment, and contribute to identifying a set of controls.
- Implement web content management best practices, including housekeeping and maintenance activities.
- Apply metadata, keywords, and tagging necessary for search engine optimization and analytics.
- Ensure a high quality of work by reviewing it against clients' requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain online job code/filing system for all work produced.
Working with the Team
The job holder will work under the direction of a Web Production Manager and Marketing Technology Manager to deliver high-quality output according to business requirements.
