About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Promotional Planning Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Integrated Supply Chain Planning (ISCP) team, you will play a critical role in driving overall supply chain performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the ISCP team for Frito-Lay US, focusing on promotional planning activities to drive supply chain performance and efficiency.
  • Own the ordering, tracking, and related activities for existing and new products sold in all business channels in the US.
  • Develop and track action plans to address event misses and lessons learned.
  • Participate in daily and weekly VIP calls with Distribution Centers and Plants.
  • Partner with the ISCP team on ordering and product demands.
  • Identify service trends and develop action plans to close gaps.
  • Provide training to others as needed to build bench strength.
  • Execute ad-hoc assignments as needed.
  • Responsible for key service metrics, including Fill Rate, Innovation Stales Performance, and POET Item Stales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, or a related field.
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Supply Chain Planning with SAP programs familiarity preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others.
  • Willingness to work off-shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it.
  • Basic working knowledge of Marketing, Product Supply, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting preferred.
  • Inquisitive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
  • Capable of taking a task with minimal instructions and exceeding expectations, with strong follow-up skills and a detail orientation.
  • Possesses highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present at team meetings.
  • A high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion.
