Key Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to drive business objectives, initiatives, and online optimization.
- Align regional/country digital marketing objectives with global strategy, processes, and Martech.
- Plan and drive strategic change initiatives, digital adoption training, and best practices.
- Input KPIs/targets and drive achievement, including engagement, leads, and e-commerce goals.
- Drive SEO performance, including content development, core web vitals, and site health.
- Execute global processes, partnering with Technology teams on Martech implementation and adoption.
- Coach/educate marketing teams on best practices to influence digital campaign planning and online experiences.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategizing, designing, and executing a digital marketing presence.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields.
- Experience in advertising on Google and Microsoft Display, Linked Ads, Demandbase Ads.
- Proficient in Data analysis platforms: AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communications skills - English and local language verbal and written.
