Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewals Administrator to join our team at Salesloft. As a key member of our renewals team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our renewal managers to ensure timely and quality processing of our customer renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Renewals Team in account renewals starting early in the customer life cycle and ensure customers are transitioning through pivotal points to build momentum and value leading up to the renewal.
  • Perform backend deal desk related support with quote creation and contract processing and ensure timely processing of our customer renewals.
  • Work alongside the renewals team to calculate contract values and structure quotes, ensure all information is properly entered into Salesforce, and proactively prep the renewals specialist with information needed leading into a renewal.
  • Evaluate patterns and trends in renewal data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of customer support or sales experience at a software company (SaaS model), ideally with an emphasis on renewals.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a huge plus, Salesloft is a big bonus.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on strict and short deadlines, able to set priorities and deal effectively with shifting priorities.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
