**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Encora. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning technologies, with expertise in developing and deploying generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and Transformer-based models.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from conception to delivery, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and Transformer-based models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to integrate model training and fine-tuning processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge in AI engineering.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Graduates in systems, networks, or related fields with +8 years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in developing and deploying generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and Transformer-based models.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing technical projects and mentoring team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
