We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our 3PL and logistics operations, ensuring that our partners and providers deliver high-quality services and meet contractual obligations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • 3PL & Logistics Management
    • Manage and lead a team of logistics staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    • Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with our 3PL partners and logistics providers.
    • Ensure that our 3PL partners and logistics providers are delivering to agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
  • Inventory Management & Reporting
    • Oversee inventory management and devise strategies for inventory balancing.
    • Provide comprehensive reports on inventory, logistics, and overall operations performance.
    • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, foresee potential issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Contract Management
    • Manage the contractual relationship between our company and our 3PL partners and logistics providers.
    • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met by both parties.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within our 3PL partners and logistics providers.
  • Project Management
    • Plan and oversee the implementation of operational projects related to 3PL and logistics management, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans where necessary.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
