About the Role

The Regulatory Reporting Manager will be responsible for producing high-quality regulatory reports and disclosures in accordance with the Basel Framework. This will involve working closely with our Latin American sites in Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile, as well as collaborating with team members in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and timely regulatory reports and disclosures
  • Ensure compliance with Pillar 1, Pillar 3, and Regulatory MI Reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum, with a background in regulatory reporting and/or risk
  • Enrolment in an MBA, CA, CWA, CS, CPA, CFA, or similar qualification is an asset
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
