About the Role
This position is part of our Customer Engineers team in Professional Services, where we're seeking highly talented individuals to join and grow our team. As a customer-facing data engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring our projects and customers' success by leveraging technology and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing solutions that translate business requirements into technical solutions using SQL, scripting, and codebase configurations.
- Setting up ETL pipelines across disparate data sources and creating a unified data model.
- Implementing the company's platform and its various components for new customers.
- Helping answer customer questions and troubleshooting where necessary.
- Participating in the on-call rotation.
Requirements
