We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best-in-class pricing and service

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful execution of supply chain initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, including 5+ years in sourcing/procurement
- Strong negotiation and contract skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members
