- Lead Quality Improvement Projects: Drive quality improvement projects, including capacity risk assessments, APQP, PPAP, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Mentor and Coach Quality Teams: Provide guidance and support to Plant Quality Staff and Supplier Quality Engineers in the execution of Regal Rexnord's Supplier Quality Systems.
- Support Problem Identification and Resolution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve quality issues and deliver stakeholder expectations.
- Establish and Implement Quality Best Practices: Develop and implement standardized quality best practices, processes, and procedures within the supply chain function and across suppliers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, with a minimum of 10+ years of proven Supplier Quality or Quality Assurance experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in quality tools and principles, including Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, PFD, FMEA, PCP, MSA, and SPC.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven success in leading teams, mentoring, and communicating with all levels of the organization.
- Project Management: Experience in project management, including planning, supervising, monitoring, and accomplishing project goals.
- Supplier QMS Assessment: Working knowledge of Supplier QMS assessment, ISO 9001, TS16949, and AIAG CQI technical process audits.
- Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and mindset to drive continuous improvement.
