Job Title: Regional Finance Systems Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Systems Specialist to join our team in Mexico and Central America. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and administration of our core financial system, Oracle NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance System Implementation:
    • Lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite, ensuring it aligns with our operating model and group policies.
    • Develop and implement system configurations, walkthroughs, UAT, user training, data migration, and advanced features.
    • Responsible for issue and resolution tracking.
  • Post-System Administration and Maintenance:
    • Administer user permissions and access, provide BAU support, and lead phase 2 rollouts.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot processes, workflows, and scripts.
    • Maintain regular maintenance, upgrades, and testing of core system, localization, and 3rd party products.
    • Identify improvements to our operating model and contribute to regional and group roadmaps.
  • Integration:
    • Work with 3rd party integration teams or MIS teams to design, test, and train on ISP integrations.
    • Monitor data integrity between systems, handle errors, and troubleshoot integrations.
    • Create technical specifications for API requests and responses, and develop or support API connections.
  • Portlet Customization:
    • Develop standard sets of advanced reports, dashboards, and publish in standard navigation portlets.
    • Create standard sets of advanced saved searches, records, and transaction types usage and process in navigation portlets.
  • Customization:
    • Develop and implement Suiteflow and Suitescripts, and develop or support SuiteTalk Webservices.
    • Perform end-to-end testing, document steps and process, user guides, and deployment.
  • Project Management:
    • Responsible for onboarding, SLM, localization, and tax compliance, finance system enhancement, and add-on projects.
    • Participate in other financial-related projects, including MIS fees billing, payment service provider, and CRM.
    • Cross-functional teams' collaborations and delivery management, steerco reporting.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time as per targeted go-live dates.

Requirements:

  • Related finance and technology qualifications.
  • Experienced with Oracle NetSuite implementation and administration, familiar with advanced revenue management, multi-book, multi-currency, and multi-subsidiary structure, financial standards, and tax compliance.
  • Experienced with SaaS VAT/WHT reporting, electronic documents, and digital statutory financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in performing technical tasks, including troubleshooting, requirement analysis, design specification, system customization, integration solutions, and performance improvements.
  • Experienced with integrated finance systems with 3rd party applications and APIs.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and experienced in stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in a second language, preferably Spanish or local language.
