Your Role at Baxter

As a key member of our global IT function, you will play a critical role in strengthening partnerships and enabling smarter, more efficient, and connected business processes. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging your expertise in quality management systems and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements for large-scale projects.
  • Develop and execute system test cases, scripts, and plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Define, design, and document business flows and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify, analyze, resolve, document, and escalate problems and issues that may impact the project.
  • Communicate status, solutions, and concerns to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
