Job Title: Senior Accounting Strategist - Endless Privileges and Luxury Experiences

Estimated Salary: $120,000 per year

This position oversees accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX regulations. The successful candidate will design, implement, and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures while maintaining chart of accounts and driving an automation agenda. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and adjusting accounting records and financial statements to meet Local and US GAAP requirements
  • Maintaining ARCS reconciliations in compliance with best practices
  • Collaborating with FP&A on Budget, Forecast, and LRP elaboration
  • Overseeing accounting teams and providing technical advice as needed

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of five years of experience leading an accounting department at a publicly traded company
  • Internal controls including SOX compliance
  • Experience with external audits; Big Four experience is a plus
