Your Role at Baxter

As a Senior Portfolio Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation at Baxter. You will be responsible for ensuring that our global IT function is aligned with our business objectives, and that we are leveraging technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and better patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integration plans for large and complex acquisitions and divestitures
  • Drive the development and execution of activities through coordination and communication between IT and business groups
  • Identify risks and develop strategic solutions for critical issues uncovered during the M&A and integration process
  • Report and hold the team accountable for effective and timely execution of activities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a matrixed and cross-functional team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical environment, with multiple certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Technical background with knowledge of software and web technologies
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture
  • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with large matrix teams
  • Change management/project management experience
  • Collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations
