Job Summary

Procter &Amp; Gamble Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Microbiologist to join our team. As a key member of our site's microbiological program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing microbiological standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with Company and local regulations, and communicating results through established Industrial Microbiology site scorecards and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement microbiological standards and procedures to ensure compliance with Company and local regulations.
• Qualify micro lab personnel, including analysts and advanced analysts, and successors.
• Conduct microbiological risk assessments during Change Control System and Design Reviews processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMPs at the laboratory and manufacturing facilities, as well as other relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field, such as Biotechnology, Food- and Dairy Engineering, or Brew master.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in microbiology, preferably in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of Biological Sciences and technical capabilities to guide site manufacturing operations and work jointly with the Site Engineering team.
• Leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English language skills.
