  • Act as a customer liaison for audits and visits, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead teams in a multicultural environment and foster a culture of quality and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a strong background in quality management systems.
  • Certification as an internal and lead auditor for IATF.
  • Experience with Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing or equivalent problem-solving methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading teams in a multicultural environment.
  • English proficiency in technical and business contexts.
  • Bachelor's degree in science.
