Key Responsibilities:
- Provide SAP Basis support to ensure system availability and performance meet or exceed established levels of service.
- Work with System Owners to plan and schedule maintenance tasks, including reorganizations, kernel updates, support pack updates, and system restarts.
- Setup and monitor Basis Jobs in assigned systems, perform troubleshooting activities to resolve any Basis-related system problems in a timely manner.
- Participate in on-call duty rotation, providing off-hours support as required during scheduled on-call times.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in SAP System Administration, operating systems (Windows & Linux), databases (HANA, Oracle & MaxDB), and cloud (AWS and SAP RISE on Azure).
- ABAP programming and debugging skills.
- Advanced English knowledge.
- Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-responsibility, result orientation, effective time and task management.
