About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Support Engineer with Azure expertise to join our team at EPAM. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of our business record, troubleshooting issues, and developing comprehensive documentation associated with our implemented network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective administration of our business record, including data management and storage.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and resolve tickets provided by users in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation associated with our implemented network, including network architecture and configuration.
  • Provide consulting services to clients on possible improvements to our network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network systems, analyze incidents, and identify performance issues proactively to ensure optimal network performance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in network infrastructure support, with a strong focus on Azure technologies.
  • Experience with Azure technologies, such as Firewalls, IT Infrastructure and Operations tools.
  • CCNP Certification and a BA Degree/B.S. Degree.
  • Experience with Firewalls, Infrastructure, LAN technologies, OSI and TCP/IP models, and WAN technologies.
  • Knowledge of Next Gen Firewalls like Cisco Firepower and firewall cloud services like Zscaler.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP, Citrix, Portal and ServiceDesk.
  • Proficiency in English language, with at least a B2+ level.
